Times of School Day
School starts at 8.45am and finishes at 3.15pm for KS1 and 3.20pm for KS2.
Total time each week is 32.5 hours for KS1 and 32 hours 55mins for KS2 each week.
The school day starts at 8:45am with morning registration.
Registers close at 9am children that arrive after this time will be marked as late on the register.
School ends at 3:15pm for KS1 and 3:20pm for KS2.
Nursery
Morning Session 8.45am - 11.45am
Afternoon Session 12.15pm - 3.15pm
Please ensure that your child is here on time and is ready for their learning.
Regular attendance is vital and is monitored and reported on according to statutory regulations.
The Department for Education has set a target of at least 96% attendance for each child and we expect every child to achieve at least that from Nursery onwards.
Attendance and attainment are directly related and therefore it is essential that children should attend school every day.
Punctuality
It is very important for children to be punctual.
Lateness disrupts the start of the day for your child and the other children in the class. If you arrive late to school with your child you must report to the school office where your child will be marked in the register. Children must be collected promptly at the end of the school day.
We offer full wrap around care and clubs which extend our school day before and after our normal hours 7.45am - 5.30pm
