We welcome all aspects of music into our school and offer a wide range of opportunities for peripatetic teaching of instruments. Furthermore, our curriculum is rich and varied with a comprehensive spiral approach so that children are constantly working on all areas of music during a single topic. Most year groups have an instrument focus as we recognise the value of exploring a single instrument as a vehicle for music learning and engagement.
